Between 3-5 rounds per video, depending on your plan or project scope. Revisions cover changes within the original brief. A new direction or extra footage counts as a new request.
All work is paid in advance: monthly plans at the start of each billing cycle, one-off projects before work begins. Payments are non-refundable, except when we deliver no work for a paid period or both sides agree in writing to cancel a project. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date.
